1. Delivery Timeframes

📍 Johannesburg Orders

  • Delivery within 1–2 business days after order confirmation

  • Weekend delivery available

📦 Orders Outside Johannesburg

  • Delivery within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

2. Shipping Fees

  • Johannesburg Delivery: R50 per order

  • Nationwide Delivery: R100 per order

  • Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number

  • Provide a valid contact number for delivery updates or coordination

  • Weekend and after-hours delivery is available for Johannesburg, contact us to arrange in advance
