OVERVIEW
Welcome to Pop-Up Love! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pop-Up Love. Pop-Up Love operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Pop-Up Love is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services. 

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
There are no age restrictions for purchasing our products. By using the Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, design, or dimensions may occur. All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Instant EFT via PayFast. Please note that currency conversion fees may apply if you are ordering from outside South Africa.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1 business day if the item is in stock. Custom orders may take 2–5 days for production. Nationwide delivery is provided via courier, typically within 3 business days and up to a maximum of 5 business days. Jo'burg are typically delivered the day order is placed

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, product designs, and images are the exclusive property of Pop-Up Love. No content may be used or reproduced for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pop-Up Love is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) resulting from the use of our products. Minor variations in handmade items do not qualify as defects.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Gauteng province.
